I am an examiner for Cambridge ESOL exams and specialise in exam preparation. A background in business in my previous life in Ireland, along with my business degree, allows me to be a particularly effective teacher in all areas of Business English in addition to General English. My experience in Poland is working in a Cambridge/British Council exam centre teaching General and Business English, a company specialising in corporate English training, also 2 universities (University of Economics, Wrocław. Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa) preparing students for exams and conducting post-graduate Business and Human Resources workshops.

My passion is teaching. I strive to engage and motivate students in a student-centred setting which brings meaning and understanding to the subject being taught. Collaboration, creative problem solving and critical thinking are areas of interest to me. I am particularly interested in the intercultural aspects of both language study and human resources.

At the University of Opole, I run the Cambridge C2 self-study exam in addition to teaching listening, structures, writing, speaking, debating and business/culture courses.
