His research area is focused on international trade and economics dedicated to Foreign Direct Investment, and International Businesses. In the current assignment is teaching the following subjects: English in Business Communication, English in Media Public communication, Business conflict and negotiations, Negotiation skills for specific purposes, International commerce, etc.

1. Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst’s (DAAD) Project Winner 2024, Projekt: “Economic issues in an international context (EIIC)” for Hochschule Mittweida, University of Applied Sciences, Germany (Internationalization of German Universities 2024-2025).

2. ESF Project Leadership, funded by the European Union and the Ministry of Higher Education, Government of Czech Republic, conducted at the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic. The project consisted of the specific issues related to "Globalisation and diversity” and was assigned to research "The geography of wealth and poverty: indicators of the social development - a case study from India”. The outcome of the results was presented on November 07-08, 2022 at the Faculty of Economics, University of West Bohemia, Pilsen, Czech Republic.

3. BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) as a Project Leader and content coordinator, 2022 and 2023.

Prowadzone zajęcia:

PhD in Economics (International Business & Economics, 2015), possesses double Master's degrees, an MA in International Relations (2010), and an MBA-Executive (2012). He’s a law graduate specializing in Law and Economics (BA., LL.B., 5 years Law course, 2006).  

He is a keen researcher and academician in International Economics specializing in Foreign Direct Investment with practices of International Businesses. With 17+ years of doctorate, postgraduate, and undergraduate teaching experience in an international environment, he leads various national and international research projects. He supports business needs to fulfill today’s requirements of academia and industries around the globe. In his professional work, he deals with the emerging trends in foreign direct investment and its impact on emerging economies, dedicated to India, Poland, and other EU member states. The trade between India and the European Union remains in the circle of his research interest.  

Recently, Dr. Kumar won the DAAD ( Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst/the German Academic Exchange Service) Project 2024-2025 "Economic Issues in International Context (EIIC)". The project is supported & funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), Germany. The program is to establish and/or intensify international exchange and cooperation and execute the internationalization strategy and profile building efficiently at German universities.

He is an institution builder, whose leadership fundamentals focus on implementing academic quality and transforming them into a brand organization. Under his transformational leadership, institutions have increased their ranking at national and international levels such as NAAC A+, A++, A+++ Ranking in India, and PKA, GAC, ANECA, ARACIS, and NAB in many European Countries. By recognizing his outstanding achievements and dedication in his respective fields the Global Council for the Promotion of International Trade (GCPIT) United Kingdom has awarded him the Global Emerging Leaders Award 2022.

He is the one who has initiated an academia-industry interlinked model of business cooperation for Poland and India, which has increased the number of well-qualified Indian students at Polish universities up to 9000+ in 2019 (before the pandemic) compared to 2014 when the total number of Indian students studying in Poland was 227, that helped many public and private universities in Poland for their survival and enhancement for the quality education especially when Poland and most of the EU countries facing the demographic challenges. His assistance and training are not limited to well-recognized brand universities/institutions/organizations but he is uplifting the struggling and converting them into a brand.

His research methodologies and training tools have been efficiently applied to Poland, India, Germany, and many other EU member states. In recognition of the endless hours that he has spent on his journey so far and the professionalism that he has portrayed in creating brands, he has been acknowledged by HumCen Awards 2022, honoring him as Brand Maker of the Year 2022.

He is the author of the books An Emerging Trends in Foreign Direct Investment: Out of the Current European Economic Catastrophe (2024), Foreign Capital Remains Buoyant for the Development of Indian Economy Beyond the Pandemic (2020), The Determinants of Foreign Direct Investment in Emerging Economies: The Case of India and Poland (2020), and Emerging Trends in Higher Education: A Roadmap for Poland-India Relations (2019). Edited the books Business Risk in Changing Dynamics of Global Village (2020), Business Risk in Changing Dynamics of Global Village 2 (2019), and Education As Boon For the Development of Economic Efficiency and Social Consistency (2019). Moreover, he wrote several dozens of scientific articles, and articles promoting science (55+).

At the same time his courses, programs, and lectures are top-ranked in Poland, India, Germany, the Czech Republic, Spain, Lithuania, Romania, Kosovo, Montenegro, and many other EU and non-EU countries. He has deepened the meaning of collaboration with local and international levels focused on research and innovations with the best learning outcomes.  

He is of Indian origin a Polish Citizen (European Union) born in India, and since 2008 living in Warsaw, Poland. He is the founder, President & CEO of the Indo-European Education Foundation, Warsaw, Poland which is bridging the gap between India, Poland, and the European Union; a Visiting Professor of International Entrepreneurship and Economics, at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Economics, Hochschule Mittweida, University of Applied Sciences, Germany; Adjunct at the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland; and an External Expert for NAWA, Poland.

He is featured among the top 50 Indian Achievers ’ across the globe by Indian Achievers ’ World Magazine 2021 in recognition of outstanding professional achievement and contribution to nation-building.

He has conducted over 150+ national and international seminars, conferences, and workshops around the Globe. Projects were funded by DAAD Germany, the European Funds, PANS Nysa, IEEF, the Government of Bihar, and many other participating organizations.
