Students of English Philology – practical profile – 1 year – had a chance to participate in a field visit to our business partner – IAC Opole , in December 2019.
IAC Opole organised a change management workshop for the group of students on 11th December, 2019, accompanied by their teacher Soukaina Boudouah. In two hours and half the Human Resources Manager of the plant explained how she handles everyday changes and how important is change management to any organization not only IAC; she provided some real examples and some best practices. In addition to that, some funny games related to change management were part of the workshop. The students enjoyed also a plant tour where they could see the products made by IAC Opole.
What is interesting, one of the workshop organisers was a student of 2 year of English Philology – practical profile, who visited the plant the previous year. She kept the contact of the HR, and today she is a trainee there. This illustrates how our professional contacts between the University and our business partners bring results in supporting our students in their career development options.
