We are a students’ club that promotes spreading the knowledge about Asian culture and languages among our members. Our goals are to organise events with native speakers, as well as people experienced in that field, all of whom will help us to broaden our horizons. We also plan to arrange oriental art exhibitions, calligraphy lessons and many more. We are doing this because we want to accomplish more than just attending university classes.
Our activities will be based on getting to know the culture, customs and languages of countries such as China, Japan or Korea, but we are open to other Asian countries as well. Our club’s first event was an introductory meeting, where we wanted to gather more people also interested in Asian culture – we succeeded in filling out all the positions in the club’s management this way (and we gained a lot of new members).
