Are you wondering whether studying at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Opole is what you are looking for? Let us answer that question.<\/strong><\/p>

Studying at our faculty is something more than simply learning languages at an advanced level. Apart from acquiring language skills in Polish, English, German, Russian, and French (these are the main languages in which you can study up to the C1 level), we also give you the opportunity to learn a second language up to the intermediate B2 level. Depending on the programme, these include, among others, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, or Polish as a foreign language. But that is not all, because studying with us is also your chance to develop passions for which a given language is an important foundation. By choosing one of the 14 Bachelor\u2019s degree programmes, you can broaden your knowledge in literature, video games, new media, law, and economics. All this will allow you to acquire the competencies of a translator, editor, cultural animator, or PR specialist. What is more, if you decide to stay with us for your Master\u2019s studies (all first-cycle degree programmes can be continued at our faculty within second-cycle studies), you will have the opportunity to obtain teaching qualifications. An additional and important element of studying with us is the international and multicultural atmosphere created by various projects, international trips, and contacts with foreign students studying at our faculty. Master\u2019s studies at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Opole are a natural continuation of the chosen path of development, the culmination of which is not only perfect command of foreign languages, confirmed by achieving the C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, but also professional preparation for performing numerous professional roles. Regardless of which philology programme you choose, studying with us will allow you to obtain qualifications to teach languages at every stage of school education. Thanks to the professional support of our experienced academic staff, you will improve your research skills, and the Master\u2019s thesis you write may become your first step towards doctoral studies and a further academic career.
